Machine Sewing (Beginners)

This is a 6-week class. Learn how to use the features of your sewing machine and experiment with a variety of techniques to create an assortment of projects.
You will learn how to properly care for your machine, which needles and presser feet to use, sewing terminology, and tips/tools/techniques that will make sewing easier and more enjoyable.
No experience necessary, this class is suitable for beginners and sewists wanting to refresh basic skills.
Bring your sewing machine, a power strip, the instruction manual, and included accessories. If you do not own a sewing machine, the O’Fallon library has two available for checkout.
Supplies will be paid for separately. Instructor to bring supplies.
