Want a challenge?  Sign up for our virtual 50K Fitness Challenge.  Want to amp up the intensity?  Sign up for our 100K Fitness Challenge. These virtual challenges can be done with any workout you choose.  You can run, walk, jog, lift weights, or follow workout videos.  The competition starts May 11 and the challenges end May 27.  You can run/jog/walk the 31 miles for the 50K/62 miles for the 100K or do a combination of exercises to hit the goal!  Once you register, you will receive our workout log.  Do not worry if running, jogging, or walking aren’t your thing.  We’ve got a way to convert you weightlifting and other at home workouts into mileage. Every 15 minutes of non-running/jogging/walking counts as .75 miles.  So if you exercise at home for 30 minutes you will have completed 1.5 miles! You can use any combination of exercises to reach the 31 mile or 62 mile goal. Please register no later than Friday, May 8th. Please submit all workout logs to ppoorechristensen@ofallon.org prior to the end date, or mail them 308 E. 5th St. O’Fallon, IL.  Please submit logs no later than Thursday, May 26th. Everyone that reaches their respective goal will receive a t-shirt.
