Did you enjoy our fitness challenges in May? Did you miss out on May but want to give yourself a new challenge. Sign up for June Super Fitness Challenges. We are now offering a 75K fitness challenge, and a 150K challenge for the month of June.
These virtual challenges can be done with any workout you choose. You can run, walk, jog, lift weights, or follow workout videos. The competition starts June 1 and ends June 30.
You can run/jog/walk the 46 miles for the 75K/93 miles for the 150K, or do a combination of exercises to hit the goal! Once you register, you’ll recieve our workout log. Don’t worry if running, jogging, or walking aren’t your thing. We’ve got a way to convert you weightlifting and other at home workouts into mileage.
Every 15 minutes of non-running/jogging/walking counts as .75 miles. So if you exercise at home for 30 minutes you will have completed 1.5 miles!
You can use any combination of exercises to reach the 46 mile or 150 mile goal.
Please register no later than Sunday, May 31.
Please submit all workout logs to ppoorechristensen@ofallon.org prior to the end date, or mail them 308 E. 5th St. O’Fallon, IL. Please submit logs no later than Wednesday, July 1.
Everyone that reaches their respective goal will recieve a t-shirt.
