Kindergym is a co-educational program tailored to preschool girls and boys. The class will emphasize basic motor skills, whicha re essential to early physical growth and development. Instructional emphasis is on locomotion, balance, coordination, spatial orientation, body awareness, flexibility, strength, introductory tumbling and basic gymnastic skills. Gymnasts are introduced to balance beam, traning bar, floor exercise and spring board to begin building the necessary foundation for strong bodies and skill learning
No Class on Feb. 17 (Presidents Day). March 3rd (Pulaski Day) or March 10th.
