Kindergym is a co-educational program tailored to preschool girls and boys. The class will emphasize basic motor skills, which are essential to early physical growth and development. Instructional emphases are on locomotion, balance coordination, spatial orientation, body awareness, flexibility, strength, introductory tumbling and basic gymnastics skills. Gymnast are introduced to balance beam, training bar, (the cartwheel, incline, & octagon mats), floor exercise and springboard to begin building the necessary foundation for strong bodies and skill learning.
No Sessions on 2/16 (President’s Day) or 3/2 (Pulaski Day)
