Spring U16 Softball

The U16 Level (AA) Softball League is a kid-pitch league for girls, who are currently are 16 and under, and in 7th, 8th, 9th, or 10th grade. The league is hosted by Tri-Township Park District.

Participants will have a 12-14 game schedule. Practices will start the week of April 7th. Games will start in late April/early May. Games will take place Monday-Saturdays. Games for this league typically end the second week of July. Games will take place in O’Fallon, Shiloh, and surrounding communities such as Troy, Highland, St. Jacob, Belleville, and more.

Teams typically have two practices per week. One practice during the weekday Monday – Friday and the second practice will be on Saturdays. The exact schedule will depend on field and coach’s availability. Game schedule is built by Tri-Township Park District. Home games will be in O’Fallon/Shiloh.

Every participant will be provided a jersey and hat for games. Those items come in one week prior to the first game. If a participant ordered an incorrect size, there is a minimum $15 reorder fee.

Participants will need their own glove to use for the season. Parks & Rec will provide other equipment (bats, catcher’s gear, helmets, etc.) for teams to use during the season. Participants can purchase these items for themselves, if they so choose.
